• Pietre Grosse Landslide
  A cyclopic landslide that occurred on Mount Bo (2071 m a.s.l.) in the 17th century, resulting in the detachment of large boulders. These boulders, some of which are massive, form the current landscape of the site.
• Castellazzo Erratic Boulder
  It is a large sub-rounded rocky block that lies on the grassy clearing enclosed by the ruins of the medieval 'Castrum Capriarum'. It is a typical example of an erratic boulder, i.e. a large stone element that fell by landslide onto the surface of a glacier and was transported by it further downstream, even over distances of kilometres (diagram 1). Only with this mechanism is it possible to justify the presence of a rock block of a different lithological nature (metagranite) from that of the base and the adjacent slope, which consist of serpentinitic rocks.
• Castellazzo Hump
  A rocky hump that emerges some twenty metres from the alluvial plain of the Dora Riparia, on the border between the municipalities of Condove and Caprie in the Castellazzo region (Susa Valley).

  Il processo di erosione originato dal ghiacciaio ormai scomparso ha modellato il paesaggio come lo vediamo oggi, con conca di escavazione glaciale, rocce montonate, sella. All’interno della conca è presente il lago del Marmo, perenne. Nell’area erano presenti altri laghi, ma sono scomparsi a causa della naturale evoluzione delle depressioni, con interramento naturale, fino a diventare torbiere, con alto valore ecologico.
